What´s your favourite FOOD?

Paella is my favourite

My favourite food is paella. Paella is a typical Spanish meal. It’s made of rice and other ingredients. People have different ways of preparing paella and there’s no an only recipe. Some people make it with vegetables, others with seafood or chicken, some of them mix lots of different ingredients while others think mixing ingredients is forbidden…. Paella is made in a special pan called paellera. My dad likes cooking paella at the weekend and he does it with artichokes, peas, green beans, red pepper, shrimps, chicken, squid and king prawns. I love my dad’s paella.
Mmmmmmmm, it tastes decilicious!

Patricia, 13

My aunt’s pasta is the best

My favourite food is pasta. I love the pasta my aunt cooks, because after preparing it, she puts cheese on the top of the pasta and put it into a furnace: the pasta and the cheese melt together and it’s delicious!. I like meat with chips too.

Hamburgers and pizzas

I love hamburgers and pizza but my parents don’t want me to eat them very often. They say hamburgers are not very healthy, specially if I accompany them with ketchup, chips and a fizzy drink. That’s why They only allow me to eat hamburgers once a week or in special times. And it’s OK for me, I enjoy the moment!
